ZZ 9U-7091 Tapered Cap/Plug 1 Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.
Turn off the gas supply.

Remove bolts (3) in order to disconnect elbow (2) and the O-ring seal from tube assembly (1).

Remove bolts (4) in order to disconnect bracket (5) from tube assembly (1).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tube assembly (1).
Remove bolts (6).
Remove tube assembly (1) and the gaskets. The weight of the tube assembly is approximately 18 kg (40 lb).

Disconnect harness assembly (10).
Remove bolts (7).
Disconnect throttle (8) from bracket (9).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to throttle (8).
Remove bolts (11).
Remove throttle (8) and the gasket. The weight of the throttle is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).
