Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of screws (20). Install cap (21) and screws (20) onto the end of shaft (7).
Install key (19) onto shaft (7).

Install sprocket (18) onto shaft (7).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of set screws (17). Install set screws (17) onto sprocket (18) and tighten to a torque of 70 10 N m (52 7 lb ft).
Install washers (16).

Install bearing (15) onto shaft (7).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of set screws (14). Install set screws (14) onto bearing (15) and tighten to a torque of 70 10 N m (52 7 lb ft).

Install spacer (12) onto shaft (7).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of set screw (12). Install set screw (12) onto spacer (13).

Install key (11) onto shaft (7) and in the spacer.

Install sprocket (9) onto shaft (7). Measure Dimension (X). Dimension (X) is the distance between the outside edges of the sprockets. Dimension (X) must be 478 mm (18.8 inch). Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of set screws (10). Install set screws (10) onto sprocket (9) and tighten to a torque of 70 10 N m (52 7 lb ft). Install washer (8).

Install bearing assembly (5) and install bolts (6) and the washers.

Position feeder drive shaft group (1) onto frame support (4). Install bolts (2), but do not tighten.
Measure Dimension (Y). Dimension (Y) is the distance between the inside edge of the frame support and the inside edge of the sprocket. Dimension (Y) must be 38 mm (1.5 inch).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of set screws (3) Install two set screws (3). Tighten bolts (2).End By:
Install the feeder drive shaft group.
