2. Remove four bolts (1) and plate (2) from the bucket. 3. Disconnect lubrication hose (3). Remove the bolts, retaining plate (4) and bottom dump cylinder pin (5).4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining bottom dump cylinder.5. Start the machine and retract the bottom dump cylinders. Stop the engine. 6. Remove pin (6) that connects bowl (8) to bulldozer (7). The weight of the pin is approximately 60 kg (135 lb).7. Repeat step 6 for the remaining pin that connects the bowl to the bulldozer.8. Start the machine and move bulldozer (7) away from bowl (8). The weight of the bowl assembly is approximately 11,940 kg (26,300 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the bowl to the bulldozer.9. Start the machine and put bulldozer (7) in position on bowl (8).10. Put a thin coat of 5P-0960 Multipurpose Grease on pin (6). Install pin (6).11. Repeat step 10 for the remaining pin that connect the bowl to the bulldozer.12. Fasten a hoist to the bottom dump cylinder. Start the machine and extend the bottom dump cylinder until it is in position in the bowl.13. Put a thin coat of 5P-0960 Multipurpose Grease on bottom dump cylinder pin (5). Install bottom dump cylinder pin (5). Install retaining plate (4) and lubrication hose (3).14. Repeat steps 12 and 13 for the remaining bottom dump cylinder.15. Install plates (12) and bolts (1) to the bucket.
