The new brackets are stronger than the former brackets. Because the new lifting eye bracket is thicker, longer bolts are required to install the lifting eye assembly. Adaptable To: The new 121-5492 Lifting Eye Bracket replaces the former 8N-8017 Lifting Eye Bracket in the 8N-8016 Lifting Eye Assembly. The former lifting eye bracket is canceled. Longer 6V-9995 Bolts must used in place of the former 5P-8291 Bolts when installing a 8N-8016 Lifting Eye Assembly that includes the new 121-5492 Lifting Eye Bracket.
