A - Puller (Two Legged) 1 Start By:
Remove the auxiliary water pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auxiliary Water Pump - Remover and Install" for the correct procedure.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Mount the assembly of auxiliary water pump in a vise in the downward position.
Remove bolts (11) and remove cover (10) from auxiliary water pump (1). Remove O-ring seal (9).
Remove spline seal (8) from impeller (7).
Use suitable tooling to remove impeller (7) from shaft (4) of auxiliary water pump (1).
Remove screw (2) and O-ring seal (3). Remove cam (6) from auxiliary water pump (1).
Remove wear plate (5).

Remove retaining ring (15) and remove washer (14).
Remove seal (13) from shaft (4).
Remove O-ring seal (12).

Use a suitable tool in order to prevent gear (18) from rotating. Remove nut (16) and spring washer (17).
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove gear (18).
Remove key (21) from shaft (4).
Remove retaining ring (19) from auxiliary water pump (1).
Place auxiliary water pump (1) with gear end of the shaft (4) facing down on a suitable press. Ensure that the face of the auxiliary water pump is protected from damage.
Use a suitable press to remove shaft (4) from auxiliary water pump (1).
Use a suitable press to remove bearing (20) and bearing (22) from shaft (4).
Use a suitable press to remove seal (23) from auxiliary water pump (1).
