PROBLEM
The existing 376-4942 Valve can fail on certain 797 and 797B Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing valve fails it can cause a significant loss of oil and render the hoist system inoperable.

Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
Replace the existing 376-4942 Valve Group (attached to the hoist valve) with the new 499-2020 Valve Group.
