Rework Procedure
Group 1
1. Remove the 6V8781 Tee and replace with the 6V8724 Elbow, 3J1907 Seal and 6V8397 Seal. Tighten to a torque of 40 5 N m2. Disconnect the 0875777 Hose connected from the 6V8781 Tee (see Illustration 1) and to the smart boom solenoid manifold (see Illustration 2).3. Place the 6V9836 Tee and its two 6V8397 Seals as shown in the Illustration 3a (before) and Illustration 3b (after) (tighten to a torque of 40 5 N m).4. Replace the 0875777 Hose by the 7Y8478 Hose. Reconnect one extremity to the smart boom solenoid manifold and the other to the 6V9836 Tee. Tighten to a torque of 40 5 N m.

1. Remove the 6V8781 Tee and replace with the 6V8724 Elbow and its two seals, 3J1907 and 6V8397. Tighten to a torque of 40 5 N m2. Disconnect the 4I0806 Hose connected to the 6V8781 Tee (see Illustration 1).3. Place the 6V9836 Tee and its two 6V8397 Seals as shown in the Illustration 3a (before) and Illustration 3b (after). Tighten to a torque of 40 5 N m.4. Modify the routing of the 4I0806 Hose to connect this hose to the 6V-9836 Tee (see Illustration 3b. Group 3
1. Remove the 6V8781 Tee and replace with the 6V8724 Elbow and its two seals 3J1907 and 6V8397. Tighten to a torque of 40 5 N m.2. Disconnect the 1110988 hose connected to the 6V-8781 Tee (see Illustration 1).3. Place the 6V9836 Tee and its two 6V8397 Seals as shown in the Illustration 3a (before) and Illustration 3b (after). Tighten to a torque of 40 5 N m.4. Modify the routing of the 1110988 Hose to connect this hose to the 6V9836 Tee (see Illustration 3b. Group 4
1. Remove the drain hose connected to the main valve (see Illustrations 4 and 5).2. Leave the 900 elbow on the hose and plug the tee with the 6V9829 Cap (see Illustrations 4 and 5).3. Add the 6V9837 Tee (and 2 - 6V8398 Seals) and the 6V8936 Reducer (and the 6V8397 Seal) to the drain hose and connect them together to the left swing motor drain
