Connect the wire harness to 214-2456 Regulator (1) (not shown).

Use five 220-0250 Screws (2) to install 214-2456 Regulator (1) to the door.
Install 215-3634 Glass (3) (not shown) into the slots on the regulator arm.
Use the existing hardware to install the modified 162-4035 Plate As (3) .

Use one 220-0250 Screw (2) to fasten the regulator arm to the plate assembly (3) .

Move the glass to the halfway point. Tighten the left hand screw on the regulator to a torque of 6.8 N m (60 lb in).
Raise the glass to the up position. Tighten the six 220-0250 Screws (2) to a torque of 12 N m (106 lb in).
Lower the glass to the halfway position. Tighten the four bolts that hold the plate. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 28 N m (21 lb ft).

Tighten the right hand screw on the regulator to a torque of 6.8 N m (60 lb in).

Use 3S-2093 Cable Strap (4) to fasten the cable track to the plate. Trim the cable strap, if necessary.
Reinstall the door panel. Refer to the appropriate Disassembly and Assembly for the proper procedure.Install the Door Panel

Verify that all of the components of panel assembly (1) are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.
Inspect all of the components for wear and replace the components, if necessary.Note: Apply 4C-9613 Silicone Sealant to the back of panel assembly (1) prior to installation.
Use ten truss head screws (2) and the washers in order to install panel assembly (1), as shown.
Install two button head screws (3) into panel assembly (1) .
Use two bolts (4) and the hard washers in order to install door stop (5) to panel assembly (1) .

Connect wire harness (6) to rocker switch assembly (7) at the electrical connection.

Press rocker switch assembly (7) into panel assembly (1) .

Position knob (8) onto the door handle, as shown. Tighten set screw (9) .

Use two bolts (10) in order to install pull handle assembly (11) .

Install two caps (12) onto pull handle assembly (11) .
