Installation Procedure

Use two people to install the left fuel tank on the machine. The weight of the left fuel tank is 50 kg (110 lb).
Connect hose assembly (23) on the left fuel tank. Connect fuel hose (21) from the left fuel tank. Tighten hose clamps (22) .

Install warning plate assembly (19) on the machine. Install bolts (20) and the washers.

Install strap assembly (18) on the machine. Install the nuts and the washers on strap assembly (18) .
Connect fuel hose (17) on the left fuel tank. Tighten hose clamp (16) .

Install the spacer. Install bolt (15) and the washer.

Install spacer (14) on the left fuel tank.
Install bracket (12) on the left fuel tank. Install bolt (13) and the washer.

Connect fuel hose (10). Tighten hose clamp (11).

Install cover (5) on the machine. Install bolts (9) and the washers.

Install bolts (7) and the washers on cover (5) .

Connect electrical connector (8) .

Connect wire (6) on tail lamp (4). Position tail lamp (4) on cover (5).

Position wire (3) to the original location. Install the nut and the washer on wire (3) on the right fuel tank.

Connect fuel hose (2) on the ball valve. Tighten the hose clamp on fuel hose (2) on the ball valve.
Install the U-bolts and nuts (1) .Note: Repeat this procedure for the right fuel tank.
