Important "System Settings" are displayed on this screen. If changing a setting becomes necessary, the change may be accomplished by touching the desired setting window. A "Data Entry" window will open and the new value may be selected and entered.

System settings screen (1) System voltage (2) System frequency (3) Power factor setpoint (4) System ramp rate (5) Min number of gens to xfer (6) Bus under freq setpoint (7) Bus under freq delay setpoint (8) Deadbus spinup delay (9) Deadbus delaySystem Voltage (1) - This value is the voltage rating of the generator plant. This set point determines the target voltage of the generator plant.System Frequency (2) - This value is a target frequency for the generator plant as a whole when units are in parallel. This setting can be any frequency within allowable limits and is not limited to strictly 50.00 or 60.00Hz.Power Factor Setpoint (3) - The "Power Factor" set point that the system attempts to maintain.System Ramp Rate (4) - The normal ramp rate of the entire system to ramp to a new target load.Min Number of Gens to Xfer (5) - Only applies to XLM. The minimum number of generators required before performing a warm-up or a closed transition transfer.Bus Under Freq Setpoint (6) - The bus frequency below which triggers an "Under Frequency Alarm"Bus Under Freq Delay Setpoint (7) - The amount of time in seconds that the bus frequency must remain below the "Bus Under Freq Setpoint" in order to trigger an "Under Frequency Alarm".Deadbus Spinup Delay (8) - Only applicable with a total network failure. The deadbus spinup is the delay in seconds that an isolated generator must wait before attempting to come to the bus. This delay should be set well outside the time the generators take to come to the bus under normal operation.Deadbus Delay (9) - Default is 500ms. This delay is the time delay between deadbus permissions granted by the master. The value should not be changed under normal operation.
