Description of Change: New Push Button Switch is now available for certain gensets that are listed above.Adaptable To: The new 454-7483 Push Button Switch replaces the existing 6I-2001 Push Button Switch. The new Push Button Switch part number is listed in Table 1.

Perform the following procedure for mounting new 454-7483 Push Button Switch :

Order new 459-3173 Bracket (3), and new 454-7483 Push Button Switch (1) .

Drill-out two 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) upper mounting holes in existing 6I-1805 Bracket (2) from 4.8 mm (0.19 inch) to 6.4 mm (0.25 inch) in order to align with the two upper hole locations on new 454-7483 Push Button Switch (1) .
Use two 7D-5473 Bolts (4), two 4B-2043 Nuts (5), and 4B-4863 Washer (6) to mount the new 454-7483 Push Button Switch (1) .
Use four 198-4775 Hard Washers (7) for clearance for screw head.
