This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI32159" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Codeand "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32159" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The enclosure emergency stop push button needs to be reworked on certain C27 and C32 Generator Sets equipped with EMCP 4.2. The existing enclosure emergency stop push button will enable engine shut-down if engaged. However, releasing/re-setting this same emergency stop push button without having the control panel emergency stop push button engaged may allow the engine to start unexpectedly.
This problem does not affect open packages without enclosures, or the control box mounted emergency stop push button.
