Isolate the electric power generation set. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Generator Isolating For Maintenance" for the correct procedure.

Remove bolts (2) and remove bellows assembly (1) from each side of the exhaust manifold. Discard bellows assembly (1). Note: Bellows assemblies are one-time use only.

Remove gaskets (3) and (4).

Remove bolts (6) and remove exhaust manifold (5). Remove gasket (7). Installation Procedure
Install exhaust manifold (5) in the reverse order of removal.
Use Tooling (A) to lubricate threads of bolts (6) and (2).
Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).
Install new bellows assembly (1) and tighten diagonally aligned bolts (2) simultaneously to a torque of 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
