15 - - Torque nut to 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).
16 - - Use following procedure to install wiper arm.
Torque to 23 1 N m (204 9 lb in).
Wait for minimum 0.5 hrs.
Again tighten to 23 1 N m (204 9 lb in).
