Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.Spring force will be released when covers are removed.Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.
Diaphragm assembly (26) consists of spring (28), spring seat (29), retainer (30), spring seat (31), spring (32), and shaft (33).

Install spring (25) into regulator body (4).
Install three screws (24) and diaphragm assembly (26).

Install plastic bushing (23) into valve assembly (8).

Install rubber diaphragm (21) and washer (22) on shaft (20).

Install shaft (20) into valve assembly (8).

Install retaining ring (19) onto shaft (18).
Install shaft (18) onto shaft (20). Install dowel pin (17).

Install spring washer (15) and O-ring seal (16) onto valve (14).

Install valve (14) onto valve assembly (8).

Install valve disc (11), plastic washer (12), and metal washer (13) onto valve assembly (8).

Install self-locking nut (10) onto valve assembly (8).

Install valve assembly (8) and O-ring seal (10). Secure two screws (9).

Install the O-ring seal and adapter ring (7).

Install plate (6) onto regulator body (4).

Install diaphragm assembly (3) onto regulator body (4). Secure nut (5).

Place the gas pressure regulator together. Secure bolts (2), the nuts, and the washers .
