Install rear cab bolt (27). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install front mounting bolt (26). Tighten bolt (26) to a torque of 1500 200 N m (1100 150 lb ft). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install Tooling (A), as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting chains to Tooling (A), as shown.
Use the hoist in order to install condenser (23) and plate (25) as an assembly.
Install bolt (22), the washer, and the clip.

Install four bolts (24) and the washers through plate (25) and condenser (23) .

Install four bolts (21), the washers, and the clips.

Use two persons in order to carefully install left side door (8). The weight of left side door (8) is 34 kg (75 lb). Install nine bolts and washers (7) .
Connect damper (6) .
Install nut (5) .
Install nine bolts and washers (7) .
Repeat Steps 19 through 22 for the right side door. The weight of the right side door is 25 kg (55 lb).

Install chain assembly (20). Install two bolts (19) and the washers. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install left side guard assembly (18), four bolts (17), and the washers. Install five screws (15) and skirt (16) .

Install five screws (12) and skirt (14) .
