Start By:
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.
Drain the hydraulic tank into a container suitable for storage or for disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Remove floorplates (2). Remove pad (1) .

Remove cover (3) .

Disconnect manifold (4). Disconnect hose assembly (5).

Disconnect hose assembly (6). Disconnect tube assembly (7). Disconnect wiring harness (8) and (9). Disconnect hose assembly (10) .

Remove cover (11) .

Remove bolts (12). Attach a suitable lifting device onto hydraulic tank (13). The weight of hydraulic tank (13) is approximately 250 kg (550 lb). Remove hydraulic tank (13) .Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device onto hydraulic tank (13). The weight of hydraulic tank (13) is approximately 250 kg (550 lb). Position hydraulic tank (13) and install bolts (12) .

Connect hose assembly (10). Connect wiring harness (8) and (9). Connect tube assembly (7). Connect hose assembly (6) .

Install pad (1). Install floorplates (2) .
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)".
