(2) Remove two bolts (4) from the grab iron and install 3G6084 Bracket (5) between the grab iron and its mounting with two L1351 bolts (4) and 5M2894 Washers. Install 5P6873 Mirror (6) to bracket (5) as shown.Necessary Parts - 621B, 623B, 627B, 627B (PP)
Installation of Mirrors
(1) Make two brackets (1) and drill a .413" Ø (10 Ø) hole (2) as shown. Make plate (3) and drill two .422" Ø (10 Ø) holes (4), then make threads with a 1/2"-13 tap as shown. (2) Install brackets (1) on the cab or canopy and make a .19" (4.8) fillet weld on both sides of each bracket as shown. Install 5P6875 Mirror (5) with S1594 Bolts, 2G8572 Washers, 5M2894 Washers, 1D4717 Nut and two 2G8573 Caps (6) as shown. (3) Weld plate (3) to the front of the hydraulic tank with a .19" (4.8) fillet weld (both sides) as shown. Install 2G8577 Spacer (7) with S1595 Bolts and 5P8245 Washers. Install 2G8581 Arms (8) in 2G8579 Clamps (9). Install clamps (9) and 2G8578 Blocks with L2070 Bolts, 5M2894 Washers and 1D4717 Nuts. Install 5P6879 Mirror (10) with S1594 Bolts, 5M2894 Washers and 1D4717 Nuts. Install a 9M5711 Plug into the end of each arm (8).Necessary Parts - 631D, 633D, 637D, 637D (PP)
To install the 5P6875 Mirror on the inside of the canopy, use the same procedure as given for the 621B, 623B and 627B.Installation of Mirrors
(1) Remove the existing grab iron and install a 2G8888 Grab Iron (1) as shown. Install 2G8581 Arms (2) to 5P6879 Mirror (3) with S1594 Bolts, 5M2894 Washers and 1D4717 Nuts. Install 2G8579 Clamps (4) to arms (2). Install the complete assembly to grab iron (1) with S1588 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers as shown. Install a 9M5711 Plug into the end of each arm.Necessary Parts - 641B, 651B, 657B
Installation of Mirrors
(1) Make two blocks (1), drill two .323" Ø (8.2 Ø) holes (2) and make threads with a 3/8"-16 tap. Make one plate (3), drill four .422" Ø (11 Ø) holes (4) and make threads with a 1/2"-13 tap. Make one plate (5), drill one .422" Ø (11 Ø) hole (6) and make threads with 1/2"-13 tap as shown. (2) Install blocks (1) on the cab or canopy and make .12" (3) fillet welds on both sides (each block). (3) Install plate (3) to the top of the fuel tank at the dimensions shown with a .12" (3) fillet weld all around. (4) Install two 6G1231 Brackets (7) with 5D353 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers. Install 5P6875 Mirror (8) with 5D353 Bolts, 2G8572 Washers, 5M2894 Washers, 1D4717 Nuts and 2G8573 Caps (9) as shown. (5) Install 6G2154 Support Assembly (10) with four 5D353 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers. Install 2G8581 Arms (11) to 5P6879 Mirror (12) with 5D353 Bolts, 5M2894 Washers and 1D4717 Nuts. Install 2G8579 Clamps (13) to arms (11). Install the complete assembly to support assembly (10) with four 5D353 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers. Install 9M5711 Caps (14) in each arm (11). Install
