These publications are part of Service Manual, RENR5170.Description of Change: The front suspension arrangement has changed on the listed machines. The former suspension cylinders with separate accumulators have been replaced with suspension cylinders that are charged with nitrogen and oil. The new front suspension systems are no longer connected to the hydraulic system. The new front suspension systems require less routine servicing.Adaptable To: The new 200-4300 Suspension Cylinder is effective on 725 S/N:AFX1001-UP and 730 S/N:AGF934-UP. The new 228-2758 Suspension Cylinder is effective on 735 S/N:AWR589-UP, 740 S/N:AXM1183-UP and 740 EJECTOR S/N:AZZ328-UP. The 200-4300 Suspension Cylinder and the 228-2758 Suspension Cylinder are not direct replacements of the former 146-8928 Suspension Cylinder .The change to the 228-2758 Suspension Cylinder requires the use of a larger 164-9309 Bearing at both ends of the suspension cylinder. The mountings on the front frame and on the front axle have been changed in order to accommodate the larger bearings. The 200-4300 Suspension Cylinder uses the existing 6V-5003 Bearing .Refer to the references for more detailed information.
