Add components to cooler as shown in Illustrations 4 and 4.Note: Reference for part location : Brackets (BC) are located on the left side of the cooler in view (BB) Note: Bracket on the cooler should face the outside of the machine.

Attach hose (HB) that was assembled in Step 2.Assemble Cooler to Machine
Prepare the machine for the installation of the cooler. Start by removing the foam strip at the top and the bottom. Peel back the foam strip on the left-hand side about 10.2 cm (4 inch) to allow the bracket to slide behind it.

Install 488-0309 Bracket (10) to the machine in machine using the hardware called out in Illustration 6.

Install two 6N-6984 Rubber Mount (27) on 488-0309 Bracket (10) and 488-0308 Bracket (9). Assemble to the top of cooler (12) using the hardware shown in Illustration 7.Note: Illustration 8 shows the 431-2114 Fuel Cooler Core positioned between the 431-2108 Frame As bottom and the 488-0311 Bracket .

Go to the opposite side of the cooler install 6N-6984 Rubber Mount (27) and install plate assemblies to cooler (12) .
Install 488-0311 Bracket (11) to the machine in machine

Attach and secure two hoses (HA) that were assembled Step 1.Baffle Assembly

Remove two bolts (A). install 459-5678 Plate (baffle plate). (26) using two 8T-4136 Bolts (28) and two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (29). Add 319-8213 Seal (25). Add 246-0435 Seal (24). Cut bulk seal (24) to 220 5 mm (8.66 0.2inch) for the top seal, 345 5 mm (13.58 0.2inch) for the middle seal, and 249 5 mm (9.80 0.2inch) for the bottom seal.
