Lift up cover (2). Disconnect wire (3). Remove cover (2) .
Remove rubber mat (4) and the insulation from the cab floor.

Remove bolts (6) and the washers. Remove cover (5) .

Remove control knobs (8) and air filter (9) .

Remove the bolts, the washers and screws (11). Remove cover (10) .

Disconnect wires (13) and electrical connector (12) .

Remove bolts (14), nuts (16) and the washers. Remove fan motor (15) .Installation Procedure

Install fan motor (15) in the original position. Install the washers, bolts (14) and nuts (16). The torque for the bolts is 12 3 N m (9 2 lb ft). The torque for the nuts is 8 3 N m (6 2 lb ft).

Connect electrical connector (12) and wires (13) .

Install cover (10). Install the washers, the bolts and screws (11) .

Install air filter (9) in the original position. Install control knobs (8) in order to secure the air filter.
