Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to front axle assembly (20). The weight of front axle assembly (20) is approximately 1925 kg (4244 lb).
Raise front axle assembly to front suspension frame (18). Install bolts (19). Use the suitable lifting device in order to raise front axle assembly (20) off Tooling (D). Connect suspension cylinder (14) to front axle assembly (20). Apply Tooling (E) to pin assembly (16). Install pin assembly (16), washer (15), and nut (17). Repeat for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to bracket (13). The weight of bracket (13) is approximately 35 kg (75 lb). Install bracket (13) and bolts (12).

Install the top three bolts (12).

Connect stabilizer bar (10) and install bolts (11).

Position block (8) and install bolts (7). Connect hose assembly (9).

Connect tube assemblies (3). Install guard assembly (2).

Connect hose assemblies (5) and (6). Install clips (4) that retain tube assemblies (3).

Connect front drive shaft (1).
Install the front wheel and tires. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Wheel (Front) - Remove".

Remove Tooling (C).

Use Tooling (A) in order to lower the front of the machine. End By:
Install the front fenders. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fender - Remove and Install".
