Follow the recommended procedure for removal and installation of tires and or wheel assemblies.Ensure that the machine and tire and or wheel assembly are properly supported at all times.Improper procedures that are used to remove and install tires and or wheel assemblies can result in personal injury or death.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire (1) , as shown. Use the suitable lifting device to install tire (1) and the rim. Install nuts and washers. Tire (1) and the rim weighs 635 kg (1400 lb). Repeat this step for the other front tire.

Place the decking blade in the UP position. Remove the solid steel bar and Tooling (A) .

Use Tooling (B) to lower the machine so that the front tires are on the ground. Remove Tooling (B) .
Fill the axle with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the axle.End By:
Install the front drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Front) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the bottom engine guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Front Axle) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the bottom engine guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Transmission) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the bottom engine guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Engine) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
