Installation Procedure
Note: Verify that all of the components of the transmission oil cooler are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.Note: Check all of the components and all of the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Position transmission oil cooler (7) and the two gaskets to the engine between pipe (10) and manifold (3). Ensure that the oil fittings face toward hoses (8) .
Install sling (11) to the original location. Install four bolts (9) and the washers that hold the bottom of transmission oil cooler (7) to pipe (10) .
Install four bolts (5) and the washers that hold the top of the transmission oil cooler (7) to manifold (3) .
Install two bolts (4) that hold manifold (3) to the side of the engine.
Position two hose assemblies (8) and the O-ring seals to transmission oil cooler (7) .
Install eight bolts (6) and the four clamping caps that hold two hose assemblies (8) to transmission oil cooler (7) .
Tighten four bolts (2) that hold manifold (3) to the engine oil cooler.
Fill the coolant system. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the proper procedure to fill the coolant system.End By:
Install the left side battery box. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Battery Box - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the left side battery. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Battery - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
