Information:

1. Disconnect wiring harness (1). Disconnect two small hose assemblies (2). Disconnect ten large hose assemblies (3). 2. Support valve (7) with tooling (A). Remove two bolts (5) then position light bracket (4) out of the way. Remove two bolts (8) and remove bracket (6) and valve (7). Before installation check all O-ring seals. Install valve in reverse order.Disassemble & Assemble Ripper Diverter Valve
Start By:a. remove ripper diverter valve 1. Remove four bolts (1) and bracket (2) from valve (3).
There is spring force against cover (5). When bolts (4) are removed the spring force will be released. To prevent possible personal injury slowly and evenly loosen the bolts until spring force is released.
2. Slowly and evenly remove two bolts (4) and cover (5). 3. Remove O-ring seal (6) from cover (5). 4. Remove two springs (7) from valve (3). 5. Remove washer (8) and spool (9) from valve (3). Before assembling check O-ring seals. Assemble valve in reverse order.End By:a. install ripper diverter valve
