Position reversible fan (17) against the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler as shown.

Radiator and hydraulic oil cooler removed for photographic purposes.
Install pulley (19), spacer (20), plate (21), and bolts (22).

Install reversible fan (17) and bolts (18). Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of 40 N m (30 lb ft).

Radiator and hydraulic oil cooler removed for photographic purposes.

Connect harness assembly (16) and hose assembly (15).

Install two fan blades (14).

Install upper fan guard (13) and bolts (12).

Install tube assemblies (11) and (10).

Position tank assembly (7) and install bolts (6).
Connect hose (9) and install bolt (8).

Install a new seal, precleaner assembly (3), and bolts (2).

Close door assembly (1).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct filling procedure.End By:
