454 2 Hydraulic Case Drain Filter Plugged Probable Cause: Filter is clogged.
Recommended Actions: Replace filter.
878 2 High Hydraulic Oil Temperature Probable Cause: When hydraulic oil temperature is greater than 93° C (210° F) for more than 3 seconds. Deactivates when hydraulic oil temperature is less than 90° C (207° F) for greater than 1 second.
Recommended Actions: (1) Modify machine operation to reduce system load. (2) Check the hydraulic oil level. (3) Check hydraulic cooling system. Clean the hydraulic oil cooler, if needed.
878 3 High Hydraulic Oil Temperature Immediate Safe Machine Shutdown Required.
Probable Cause: When hydraulic oil temperature is greater than 96° C (210° F) for more than 3 seconds. Deactivates when hydraulic oil temperature is less than 90° C (207° F) for greater than 1 second.
Recommended Actions: (1) Modify machine operation to reduce system load. (2) Check the hydraulic oil level. (3) Check hydraulic cooling system. Clean the hydraulic oil cooler, if needed. (4) Ensure that air is not in the oil and the viscosity of the oil is correct. (5) Check for a restriction in oil flow due to a bent hose, a bent tube, or a restriction in an oil passage. (6) Check hydraulic pump for excessive wear.
2086 2 Hydraulic Fan Return Filter Plugged Probable Cause: Filter is clogged.
Recommended Actions: Replace filter.
2134 3 Low Primary Steering Pressure Immediate Safe Machine Shutdown Required.
Probable Cause: Primary steering pressure is low.
Recommended Actions: Check hydraulic fluid in tank. Check steering supply hoses for signs of leakage. Check system for locations that would result in crimped hoses.
