Remove bolts (2) and the washers.
Remove damper guard (1).

Remove two bolts (4) and the washers from vibration damper (3).

Install Tooling (A) into the crankshaft. Remove remaining bolts (4). The weight of vibration damper (3) is approximately 69 kg (152 lb). Slide vibration damper (3) outward on Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device to vibration damper (3). Remove vibration damper (3). Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (A). Use a suitable lifting device and slide vibration damper (3) onto Tooling (A). The weight of vibration damper (3) is approximately 69 kg (152 lb). Install bolts (4) and the washers.

Remove Tooling (A) and install two bolts (4) into vibration damper (3). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 1125 100 N m (830 74 lb ft).

Position damper guard (1) and install bolts (2) and the washers.
