Assembly Procedure

Install two Dampers (A) to a depth of 42.00 0.50 mm (1.650 0.020 inch) into the body assembly (11). Install four Dampers (B) to a depth of 15.00 0.50 mm (0.590 0.020 inch).
Install bearings (19) to a depth of 1.50 0.25 mm (0.0590 0.0098 inch). The location of the bearing joint to the Centerline (C) should be 30 15 degrees.

Install gear (16) and gear (17) into the body assembly (11).

Install two keys (18) onto shaft (16).

Install O-ring seal (14) into body assembly (11). Install gears (15) onto shaft (16) and shaft (17).

Install dowels (13) to achieve dimension (D). Dimension (D) should be 5.50 0.50 mm (0.217 0.020 inch).

Install body assembly (12) onto body assembly (11).

Install bearings (9) to a depth of 1.50 0.25 mm (0.0590 0.0098 inch) into cover assembly (2). The location of the bearing joint from the Vertical Centerline (C) should be 30 15 degrees.
Install dowels (10) to achieve Dimension (D). Dimension (D) is 5.50 0.50 mm (0.217 0.020 inch).

Install O-ring seal (6) into the cover assembly (5). Install bearings (7) to a depth of 1.50 0.25 mm (0.060 0.010 inch) into cover assembly (5). The location of the bearing joint from the vertical Centerline (C) should be 30 15 degrees.
Install sleeve (8) into cover assembly (5). Measurement from face of cover to face of sleeve 11.00 0.50 mm (0.433 0.020 inch)

Install cover assembly (5) onto body assembly (3). Install bolts (4) and the washers into cover assembly (5).
