Do all your setting in the factory set mode
Factory password is 0573
Make sure that you are in the default setting
Know what terrain you are in (flat or hill)
Make sure that the drop box is in high gear
Make sure that the hydrostat motor is in rabbit mode
All pressure except charge pressure is set at 1200-1300 engine RPM
Charge pressure is 1450 - 1470 RPM
Hydraulic oil temperature 54° - 60° C (130° - 140° F)
Always hit the "OK" button after making any changes, or the new settings will be LOSTHydraulic Oil Temperature Requirements
All hydraulic tests require the hydraulic oil temperature to be 54° C (130° F) to 60° C (140° F). The load sense relief in the main control (front frame) valve must be increased in order to maintain this temperature. When testing is complete, the load sense relief MUST be returned to 24100 kPa (3500 psi) before the machine is returned to service. Refer to the following procedures for raising the hydraulic oil temperature and adjusting the load sense pressure.
