Remove grill assembly (14).

Disconnect hose assemblies (15) and (16) from the tube assembly.

Disconnect hose assemblies (17), (18), and (19) from the tube assemblies. Disconnect hose clamps (20) from the plate assembly.

Disconnect harness assembly (21).

Disconnect harness assembly (23). Disconnect pump assembly (22) from bracket (24) and set pump assembly (22) aside.

Loosen hose clamps (25) and (27) in order to remove tube (26). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Remove shields (29), (28), and (30).

Disconnect hose clips (31) and set hose assemblies (32) aside.

Remove hose assemblies (33), if required.

Remove door panel assembly (35).
Remove corner panel (34). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to support assembly (36). The weight of support assembly (36) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove support assembly (36). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Remove bolts (38) and bolts (39) in order to disconnect radiator top tank (37) from the engine enclosure frame.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to engine enclosure frame (40). The weight of engine enclosure frame (40) is approximately 238 kg (525 lb).

Remove guard angle (41).

Repeat Steps 26 and 27 for the opposite side of the machine.

Remove bolts (43). Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove engine enclosure frame (40).
