(26) Transmission solenoids (under cover)Transmission solenoids (26) are energized by Automation ICM (20). Automation ICM (20) energizes the appropriate solenoid valve for the required clutches for the speed and for the direction that has been selected. Automation ICM (20) energizes transmission solenoids (26) using a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) signal.

(28) Steering and bucket control valveSteering and bucket control valve (28) is located in the articulation area of the machine. Steering and bucket control valve (28) is used to steer the machine, and control the bucket and lift arm functions. Steering and bucket control valve (28) is controlled by a PWM signal from Automation ICM (20).

(11) Autonomous control switchAutonomous Control Switch (11) is located on the dash in the machine operator station. When Autonomous Control Switch (11) is in the OFF position and Autonomous Control Enable Switch (16) is set to the MANUAL position, the machine can be driven manually from the machine operator station. When Autonomous Control Switch (11) is moved to the ON position, a 24 VDC signal is supplied to Automation ICM (20) and Power Train ECM (23). The MAS will not be enabled until Autonomous Control Switch (11) is moved to the ON position, and Autonomous Control Enable Switch (16) is moved to the AUTO position.Note: The machine will not operate in autonomous control until the AIS is armed.
