The existing rating label on certain C2.2 powered Generating Sets contains the wrong transient response data associated with the generator.

In order to allow equitable parts availability to all participating dealers, please limit your initial parts order to not exceed 29% of dealership population. ACTION REQUIRED
Order a new rating label and replace the existing label with the new label when the new label is received.
Ordering a new label:
A rating label which displays the correct transient response data can be obtained by sending an e-mail to CPI with the following information:
1. Generating Set Serial Number.
2. Engine Serial Number.
3. Generator Serial Number.
4. Mailing address for new rating label.
Installation of new rating Label:
1. Remove the old rating label from its location on the Generating set.
2. Clean the surface, ensuring that is clean and free from dust.
3. Remove the backing from the new rating label and apply to the Generating set.
OWNER NOTIFICATION
U.S. and Canadian owners will receive the attached Owner Notification.
