Remove bolts (1). Remove valve mechanism cover (2) .

If necessary, remove O-ring seal (3) from valve mechanism cover (2) .Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install O-ring seal (3) in the groove of valve mechanism cover (2). Position valve mechanism cover (2) onto rocker arm base (4) .

Install bolts (1) in valve mechanism cover (2). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 10 N m (89 lb in). Tighten bolts (1) again to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
