1. Remove 12 nuts and bolts (2), and remove inner drum scraper (1) from the machine. The following steps are for installation of the inner drum scrapers.

Inner Drum Scraper (Front)2. Put inner drum scraper in position on the machine. Loosely install 12 bolts (2) that fasten springs (7) to the bumper.3. Loosen nine nuts and bolts (8) and move plates (3) and scraper (6) away from drum (5).4. Adjust six springs (7) to obtain a clearance of 12 mm (0.5 in), dimension (X), between the springs and drum (5). Tighten 12 nuts and bolts (2).5. Adjust plates (3) and (4) and scraper (6) until the scraper just makes contact with the drum. Tighten nine nuts and bolts (8) to a torque of 55 N m (41 lb ft).
