Open engine enclosure (1). Remove bolt (3), the washer, and strap (2).

Place a suitable block next to the striker. Lower engine enclosure (1) onto the block. Attach a strap and a suitable lifting device to engine enclosure (1). Open the engine enclosure (1).

Personal injury can result from parts under pressure.Stored energy force will be released when struts are removed.Support covers, hoods, or other components prior to the removal or the installation of struts.
Disconnect gas springs (4) from engine enclosure (1). Lower engine enclosure (1).

Remove bolt (5) and install Tooling (A) on both sides of engine enclosure (1).

Attach a suitable lifting device to engine enclosure (1). The weight of engine enclosure (1) is approximately 88 kg (195 lb). Remove engine enclosure (1) from the machine. Installation Procedure
