Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach a suitable lifting sling and a hoist on steering control unit (17). Position the steering control unit back to the original location. Install bolts (16) and the washers.

Connect shaft (14) to steering column (15) .

Connect hose assemblies (12) and (13) to the steering control unit.

Connect hose assemblies (10) and (11) to the steering control unit.

Position air conditioning (6) to the original location next to cab (9). Connect electrical connector (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting sling and a hoist to air conditioner (6). Remove nuts (7) and the washers.

Connect cable (3). Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5). Connect hoses (1) and (2). Tighten the hose clamps on hose (1). Tighten the hose clamps on hose (2).
Fill the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7072, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure., End By: Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1748, "Hood - Install".
