Install plate (4) and bolts (3) onto pin (5). Attach a suitable lifting device onto pin (5) and pin (9) .

Move boom (12) into position. The weight of boom (12) is approximately 2359 kg (5200 lb).

Install a suitable lifting device onto pin assembly (10). Use Tooling (C) in order to install pin assembly (10) through the frame and the boom. The weight of pin assembly (10) is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).

Remove Tooling (C) and install bolt (11) into pin (10) .
Install Tooling (A) under pin assembly (9). Remove bolts (3) and plate (4). Move pin (5) through the boom in order to install the lift cylinders.

Connect clamp (7) and harness assembly (8) .

Connect hose assemblies (6) .

Install a suitable lifting device to boom cylinder (1). Raise boom cylinder (1) in order to align with pin (5) .
Move pin (5) through the rod of cylinder (1).
Install plate (4), bolts (3), and the washers.
Repeat Steps 8 through Step 10 for the opposite side.
Remove Tooling (A) .End By:
Install the fuel tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank - Install ".
Install the stick. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Stick - Install ".
