Remove the bolts and frame assembly (2) from first stage conveyor (1) .
Place the first stage conveyor on a flat level surface.

Remove bolts (3) and nuts (4) from both sides of first stage conveyor (1) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the right gerotor motor assembly (5). The weight of gerotor motor assembly (5) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Remove bolts (6) and gerotor motor assembly (5) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the left gerotor motor assembly (8). The weight of gerotor motor assembly (8) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Remove bolts (7) and gerotor motor assembly (8) .

Remove bolts (10) and frame (9) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to first stage conveyor (1). The weight of first stage conveyor (1) is approximately 980 kg (2160 lb). Raise first stage conveyor (1) approximately 305 mm (12 inch) off the ground.
Attach lifting slings and a suitable lifting device in order to remove conveyor pulley (11). The weight of conveyor pulley (11) is approximately 84 kg (185 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the conveyor frame. The weight of conveyor assembly (18) is approximately 980 kg (2160 lb). Raise first stage conveyor (1) approximately 305 mm (12 inch) off the ground.
Attach lifting slings and a suitable lifting device in order to install conveyor pulley (11). The weight of conveyor pulley (11) is approximately 84 kg (185 lb).

Install frame (9) and bolts (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the left gerotor motor assembly (8). The weight of gerotor motor assembly (8) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install gerotor motor assembly (8) and bolts (7) .Note: Use two guide pins to install gerotor motor assembly (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the left gerotor motor assembly (5). The weight of gerotor motor assembly (5) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install gerotor motor assembly (5) and bolts (6) .Note: Use two guide pins to install gerotor motor assembly (5) .

Install bolt (3) and nuts (4) to both sides of first stage conveyor.
Place the first stage conveyor on suitable stands.
