Suction side
Install the port plates onto the pump control. Make sure that the port plate is in the correct location. Also, make sure that the suction side of the port plate is oriented, as shown.

Fasten a lifting sling and a hoist to pump control (7), as shown.
Install pump control (7). The weight of the pump control is 59 kg (130 lb).
Install the socket head bolts (8) that hold the pump control in position.

Connect wiring harness (6) to the pump control.

Position tube assembly (5) on the pump control.
Install the washers and four bolts (4) .
Install hose assembly (3) to tube assembly (5). Tighten four clamps (2) .
Connect hose assemblies (1) to the pump control. Remove plugs in the ends of the hose assemblies.
Place a suitable container under the pump control in order to collect the oil, when the plugs are removed.
Fill the hydraulic oil tank. The capacity is 370 L (96 US gal).
Install high efficiency filters in place of the pilot filter, case drain filter, and the return filter.Note: High efficiency filters should not be run for more than 250 hours before you change back to the standard filters.
Obtain a hydraulic oil sample from the main S O S port.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Sampling Interval and Location of Sampling Valve" for the correct location.
If the S O S sample exceeds ISO 18/15, flush the hydraulic system.
