Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect hose assembly (1) and harness assemblies (2). Remove bolts (4) and reposition fuel filter base (4).
Disconnect hose assembly (5).
Disconnect and repostion bracket (6).

Remove handle assembly (7).

Disconnect and reposition filter assembly (8).

Remove bolts (13) and tube assembly (14).

Disconnect harness assembly (17). Disconnect harness assembly (17) from main hydraulic pump (16).

Loosen sheet assembly (20) and reposition.
Remove sheet assemblies (21), (22), and (23).

Remove bolts (24) and plate assembly (25). Remove bolts (26) and plate assembly (27).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to main hydraulic pump (16). The weight of main hydraulic pump (16) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb).
Remove bolts (31) and main hydraulic pump (16). Installation Procedure
Install main hydraulic pump (16) in the reverse order.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (31).
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (24) and (25).
