Installation Procedure
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.Note: Before installation, apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring seals.

Use a suitable hoist to support hydraulic tank (1). The hydraulic tank weighs approximately 205 kg (451.9 lb).
Install hydraulic tank (1).

Install cap (26), four washers, and two bolts (25).
Repeat Step 3 for remaining cap (28).
Install tube assembly (2), four washers, and four bolts (27).
Install split clamp (29), the washer, and the bolt.
Connect the connector and hose assembly (24).

Install bolt (23), two rubber mounts (18), washer (20), washer (19), two washers (22), and nut (21).
Install the grommet, split clamp (11), the two washers, and the two bolts.
Install the grommet, split clamp (6), the two washers, and the two bolts.
Install the O-ring seal. Connect the block and tube assembly (2). Install four bolts and four washers.
Install the connector and hose assembly (17).
Repeat Step 12 for hose assemblies (4), (8), and (9).

Connect hose assembly (12). Install the O-ring seal, the split flange, four washers, and four bolts.
Repeat Step 14 for hose assemblies (3), (5), (7), (10), (13), (14), (15), and (16). Install hose assembly (7) after the four screws, the block, and the O-ring seal are installed. Note: Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct information.End By:
Install the torque converter charging oil filter. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Oil Filter and Base (Torque Converter)- Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the hydraulic oil filter (parking brake release). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Filter (Parking Brake Release) - Install" for the correct procedure.
Disconnect the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
