Remove wiper seal (9) from packing nut (3).

Remove ring seal (10) .

Remove seals (11) from ring seal (10).
Repeat Step 1 thru Step 10 to remove the remaining plungers (4) .Installation Procedure

Install seals (11) onto ring seal (10).

Install wiper seal (9) into packing nut (3) .

Install packing ring (8) into packing nut (3) .

Install packing seal (7), packing seal (6), and packing seal (5) into packing nut (3) .

Install packing nut (3). Tighten packing nut (3) until packing nut (3) stops. Loosen packing nut (3) one to two turns.

Apply a thin layer of Tooling (A) on plunger (4). Install plunger (4). Tighten plunger (4) to a torque of 407 N m (300 lb ft).

Tighten packing nut (3) until packing nut (3) stops.Note: Tighten packing nut (3) again after reassembled and ran under pressure for a few revolutions. Once adjusted, packing nut (3) is self adjusting.

Install flange seal (2) onto cover (1). Apply Tooling (A) to flange seal (2) .

Install cover (1). Tighten cover (1) to a torque of 3254 N m (2400 lb ft).
Repeat Step 1 thru Step 10 for remaining plungers (4) .
