start by: a) remove radiator and guard assembly 1. Remove the two fan belts (1).2. Remove the bolts (2) and vibration damper (4).3. Loosen the pulley retaining bolt (3) about 1/8 inch (3 mm). 4. Install tool setup (A) and loosen the pulley from the crankshaft.5. Remove tool setup (A).6. Remove the retaining bolt, washer, and crankshaft pulley (5).Install Vibration Damper And Crankshaft Pulley
1. Put the crankshaft pulley into position, and install the washer and fastening bolt. 2. Tighten the retaining bolt (1) to 230 20 lb.ft. (31,8 2,8 mkg). Hit the bolt with a hammer and again tighten the bolt to 230 20 lb.ft. (31,8 2,8 mkg).3. Put the vibration damper into position on the pulley, and install bolts.4. Install the fan belts.end by: a) install radiator and guard assembly
