Information:

1. Remove the coolant fill cap slowly to relieve any pressure.2. Inspect the condition of the cap gasket. Replace the cap gasket if necessary.3. Maintain the coolant above the low level plate.4. Install the radiator cap.Hydraulic System Oil
Look At The Oil Level
At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns.Remove the fill cap only when the engine is stopped, and the cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the fill cap slowly to relieve pressure.
Never remove the cap from the implement hydraulic tank if oil is hot. Air can enter the system and cause pump damage.
The hydraulic oil tank is located on the right rear of the machine. Add oil through the fill tube to maintain the oil level to the FULL mark in the sight gauge.Fuel Tank
Drain The Moisture and Sediment
Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire.
The fuel drain valve is located at the rear of the machine. 1. Open the drain valve and allow the moisture and sediment to drain.2. Close the drain valve and access cover.Tracks
Inspect For Proper Adjustment
Visually inspect the tracks. Check for wear and excessive dirt buildup on track components. If track appears to be too tight or too loose, see "Tracks" under Every 250 Service Hours or Monthly.Walk-Around Inspection
Inspect Machine
See "Walk-Around Inspection" in the "Before Starting the Engine" section.Cleaning Windows
Use commercially available window cleaning solutions to clean the windows.Remove the rear window by lifting the latch and sliding the window to the full open position. Lift the window out of track to remove.Cleaning Plastic Windows
The cab may be provided with plastic windows at the rear and both sides. They are shatter resistant, and reduce the need for vandalism protection.Hairline scratches and minor abrasions can be removed, or minimized, by using a mild automotive or commercial wax. A thin, even coat of wax, polished by hand with a clean cloth, will help prevent further scratching.
Care must be taken when cleaning these windows to prevent damage to the plastic. Never use gasoline, benzine, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, fire extinguisher fluid, anti-ice fluid, lacquer thinner, acids, alkali, or glass cleaner to clean the plastic. These materials will attack the plastic and may cause it to weaken or break. Do not use abrasive cleaners.Do not use scraper blades or other sharp instruments. Do not rub plastic with dry cloth since this builds up a static charge that attracts dust.
Window Cleaning Methods
Aircraft Windshield Cleaner
Apply the cleaner with a soft cloth. Rub with moderate pressure until all dirt is removed. Allow the cleaner to dry. Wipe off with a clean soft cloth.Soap and Water
Use a clean sponge or soft cloth. Wash windows with a mild soap or detergent, and plenty of lukewarm water. Rinse the windows thoroughly. Dry them with a moist chamois skin or moist cellulose sponge.Stubborn Dirt and Grease
Wash the windows in a good grade of naptha, isopropyl alcohol or Butyl Cellosolve. Follow by washing them with soap
