SERVICE LETTER SUPPLEMENT U-41 A-22 AU-35 C-40 E-33 O-31 Some new information needs to be added to the March 10, 1986 (PS4048) Service Letter. Add the information under the headings shown.
Action Required
Remove all 4W6045 Core Assemblies that do not have the letter "H" stamped next to the oil cooler part number from parts stock. CAUTION The by-pass valve must be assembled using only the parts shown in the illustration. If the by-pass valve is assembled with parts other than those shown in the illustration, the result can be an engine failure because the relief valve may not operate correctly. WARRANTY ALLOWANCES Submit one claim for all 4W6045 Core Assemblies removed from parts stock.
