Removal Procedure

Open hood assembly (1) .

Remove nuts (4). Loosen clamp (2) and reposition pipe (3) .
Disconnect hose (7) and tube assemblies (5) and (6). Remove the gasket from tube assembly (6) .

Disconnect hose (9). Remove nuts (10), the gasket, and turbocharger (8) .Installation Procedure

Position turbocharger (8) and the gasket. Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the studs and nuts (10). Install nuts (10). Connect hose (9) .

Position pipe (3) and install nuts (4). Tighten clamp (2) .
Connect tube assembly (5). Tighten the bolt to a torque of 17 2 N m (13 1 lb ft).
Install the gasket and connect tube assembly (6). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 8.8 1.0 N m (78 9 lb in).
Connect hose (7) .
