PROBLEM
5T-4657 Hose Assemblies with an assembly date code of HJMD, KTMD, and M1MD were manufactured incorrectly. The straight coupling was manufactured with an incorrect shell. The coupling may not retain on the end of the hose when pressurized.

Replace the 5T-4657 Hose Assembly that has a "HJMD", "KTMD", or "M1MD" on the aluminum date code band on the hose assembly with a new hose assembly. The service replacement parts have been confirmed to be built with couplings assembled to print.
