Ensure that the generator set is not operating. Place the handle of the main circuit breaker in the "OFF" position. The "OFF" position is the open position.

Unfasten the latch (1) and open the access door for the voltage changeover board.

Position the voltage changeover board (3) to the left for low voltage (208V). The position of the voltage changeover board is indicated through the cutout (4) . Fasten the voltage changeover board (3) with nuts and washers (2) .

Position the voltage changeover board to the right for high voltage (480V). The position of the voltage changeover board is indicated through the cutout (4) . Fasten the voltage changeover board (3) with nuts and washers (2) .

Close the door for the voltage changeover board and fasten the door with the latch (1) .

Use a small screwdriver to adjust the switches (5) of the rotary circuit breaker trip adjustment to the correct amperage.

Verify the correct load phase rotation with the generator prior to connecting the output power cables.
Note: The procedure for the load connection is illustrated by using an XQ350 dual voltage distribution panel. All of the instructions are typical for both the dual voltage distribution panel and for the single voltage distribution panel.
