"Transmission/Chassis ECM" location on the rear of the transmission
The "Transmission/Chassis ECM" is mounted on the rear of the transmission. Many of the components, that make up the electronic control system of the Power Train, are located at the transmission or near the transmission. For the locations of many of these components, refer to the Systems Operation, "Inputs" and Systems Operation, "Outputs" sections of this manual.The Electrical System Schematic of the machine will illustrate locations for all of the electrical components and harness connectors installed on the machine.Cab Relay Locations
Note: The following relay locations are correct at the time of publication of this manual. The location of the relays on some early model machines may be slightly different. When servicing a particular relay, always refer to the Electrical System Schematic of the machine to verify the wire numbers of the relay being serviced.
